One of My Neighbour

Selamat Bpuasa on this Ramadhan al Kareem..

Kelmarin (the day before yesterday), my mum took a neighbour (layak dipanggil moyang/nenek) to a Homeopathy Clinic. She asked mak to bring her there, as she said her son wasn't wiling to take her. Kita pun wonder.. kenapa ye? As far as we know, the sons and daughters of this nenek (I called her Dadima dlm hati) was so caring towards their mother.

Ok lah..mak bawak..then when the doctor advises my neighbour to tell her son, to bring her for blood test, she said "uh..malah nok bbhase dgn anok mokcik". (Malas nk bgtau kt anak dia). The doctor asked "knapa makcik?". Dadima said " aritu mokcik kabor ke dia mokcik nk gi bomopati, dia maroh". Dia kata, tok payoh la gi tmpt2 gitu".. muahahhaah.. My mum wanted to laugh..tp diam je la. The doctor said "uhhhh..patutla anok makcik marah.. sy bkn to bomoh.. sy doktor mcm klinik lain jugok". Pstu the Dadima kept saying bomohpati walau dibtulkan tuan doktor berkali2. hihihi. I don't think the son will be angry anymore, bila tgk surat klinik dari tmpat Doktor Bomohpati tu.

MEINE AUTO, HEUTE

My car today made a scene. Sesubuh2 hari, Ida was going out.. and I've decided to fill in the tank, bubuh angin trus. Start2, tak idup, myk turun trus.. Pelik..
So, we went to isi myk dlm tong..(dlm ati, bateri prob kot). Delaying e-id's trip, went back, curah petrol dlm tangki, try to start it up.. but can't. Dang!!!!!
Called K Ja, borrowed her jumper (bukan monkey suit tuh), jump start the car.. still stalled. Pushed the car, mujur manual. Started to berpeluh jantan, betina, gajah rimau belaka ada... and borrowed LInda's car (mujur manual jgk). Linda, ko bagi aku pnjam kan? kan? alah.. aku dh terpinjam pownnnn.

It's Back!

After following Vampire Diaries last year, semoleknya I watch it too this year. The usual vampire storyline, with hot chicks and hen and the sem guys..



Last year, the episode end with a few incidents such as:
- Mystic Falls (the kampung of the vamps and rkyat jelata) ada pesta apa tah..Founding Fathers.. ha, gitu la lbh krg
- in the fiesta, the sheriff and JKK kg. cuba nk gune a device that will immobilize semua vamps.. (ala2 wisel anjing tu laa)
- ttp malangnya, the device also paralyzed the Mayor.. and anak dia yg sdg memandu.
(ada anak dara sheriff dlm tu..eh, silap..anak pmpuan sheriff dlm tu)-eksiden, tp anak mayor tu dari cedera, elok2 je pulih..(vamp kah dia?)
- Mayor kene kurung jgk.. sama2 dgn bf, eh, dgn damon.. tp the vamp was rescued by bonnie (bomoh tujuh keturun)
- Ending scene: Damon kissed Katherine (sbb dia ingat tu Elena), Katherine stabbed Elena's dad,
I was frustrated sbb kene tgu plak Season 2.

To those with questions such as why do the girl needs vampire's blood to recover from the accident? Well, basically, the vamp's blood will help the healing process. However, it must be out of that person's body system. Memandangkan minah ni was suffocated to death by Katherine, with vamp's blood dlm bdn dia.. dia akan jadik Vampire la lps ni.

Anak Mayor yg terkelepet semasa device yg spesel tu digunakan, kemungkinan kturunan serigala jadian. There will be more blood drinking to energize oneself, more kidnapping, more heart breaking (itupun pada bf yg sama), more scene yg jahat nk insaf tapi jd jahat blk...
Jadi starting this week and the next, I'll wait for this tv show pulak.
p/s: baru dpt surat meeting.. ada la tu keje tu.. grrrrr..... rasa nk geget org.

As Predicted

Well, well, well... Congratulations to the winner of Showdown 2011. As most of us who watched or a fan, mmg dh jangka the ECX crew will win. However, I've expected the finals to be great.. and not so-so. It looks like their weekly battle was better. Maybe I expected too much.. tp so do org2 lain. Excitement hanya sampai ke tekak je.. tp a few performance, sampai ke pinggang je. Siap ada tlondeh sluar lagi. (tak sngaja, no intention pun nk wat gitu)

Anyways.. what's with the camera crew? and the props guys too? Asap melampau2, lighting pun mcm kejih.. How can people watch? Okeh.. Tu je nk conteng. Malas ubuh gambor..sbb takde.

Earlier this year we had aged action stars coming together in The Expendables. Now here’s yet another film in which the cast is made up of, erm, somewhat senior citizens. But surprisingly, Red is quite fun despite (or is it because of?) the age factor.

There’s Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, John Malkovich and Helen Mirren playing retired agents who are forced back into action – and these characters wield awesome weaponry and blow up people right on target. Yes, Helen Mirren, the Oscar-winner!

In one of the most surreal scenes, the actress – wearing a white dress (looking like the royalty that she is) – lets loose hundreds of bullets from this massive machine gun like it’s the most natural thing for her.

Who would’ve thought she’d be at ease playing a government agent who remains extremely dangerous even though she’s retired?

If Mirren is watchable, Malkovich is pretty funny playing a paranoid man with a penchant for military camouflage. He may be a bit over-the-top, but the way Malkovich delivers the lines in that clear, sane voice only magnifies the fact that his character is a tad crazy.

There are no surprises where Willis is concerned, making the most of his character’s solitude man act.

Red also features Mary Louise Parker, as a bored woman who gets involved with these retired agents by chance.

While her role is obvious – as the person who clues the audience in on who’s who and what’s what – Parker must be credited for giving the role a touch of freshness. Similarly, Karl Urban is effective in his role.

While the cast is great, the film is far from perfect: there are plenty of moments when the plot and character development are skating on dangerously thin ice.

The goings-on will have us going “seriously?” a couple of times, made worse with an utterly boring villain.

The script is mediocre, featuring an awful “Grandpa” running joke. But when a film has Mirren playing against type and features Ernest Borgnine it’s definitely worth a watch. Getting soft in the old age maybe is not so bad. – Mumtaj Begum

Bukan Chaplin

Salam.. why suddenly I thought about the black & white films? Tetiba je. Well, obviously people know Charlie Chaplin, but I used to prefer the other actor. Have you ever hear Harold Llyod? pnah? Dia ni slapstick ala2 Chaplin jugak tp I think he's better kot. Entah, mybe it's me with guys with glasses. I used to watch his movies/comedy with my sister. This is his face...

When we watched this show.. mulut kami akan nyanyi2.. Lagu tema dia berbunyi "harol llyod.. param param, param param"..hihi..param tu aku je yg ubuh.. sbb tak tau apa nk put as music. Time ni ntah param lahir dh ke belum..

Harold Lloyd ni, seingatnya la.. got some stunts too in it's stories.. well paid (lbih dari chaplin) tp tak berapa diingati.. Ni pun ingat2 lupa.. Hee... Saja je kan.. don't know what to write. sapa je yg baca ni still remember him?

This year I realized youngsters nowadays terlampau mudah sgt give up. We got so frustrated with those who decided to quit when they failed certain subjects. No guts ke? When asked, how do your parents react when they heard your decisions? Mmg parents mereka shocked. Tak pnah mengandaikan anak2 akan bhenti..

Jawapan diorang, tak mampu belajar (bukan financial burden). Macamana nk mampu kalau they are missing from their class? Macamana nk mampu kalau in each class, melepek, meng"tension"kan diri sendiri dgn duduk diam, and when it's almost over, bersedia menerkam utk bersalam & bangun keluar. Macamana nak mampu, if it's us who make calls asking them to come attend their tests, send their assessment. Macamana nak mampu kalau parents pun tanya, "anak saya dtg kelas tak? takut dia tak bangun tido".. ada ke? Memang ada.. Macamana nak mampu if all the "mak-mak angkut ni" (ganti pangkat mak angkat), berbuih mulut (hrp dijauhkan dari sawan), pesan and pesan, and kdg2 marah/tegur and sometimes cubit... tp takde perubahan. Not all of us have the skills to counsel, but at least we try. They should do the same.

Demotivated ke? Mcm la we don't get demotivated.. byk lagi mende dlm dunia ni boleh mem'frust'kan kita.. What they are going through and decided to make a full stop, hanya perkara kecik. Mungkin kecik lagi dari taik gigi masing2.
